Resumen
El uso de los dispositivos móviles en la actualidad ha dejado de ser un lujo a ser una necesidad presente en el día a día. Dentro del ámbito de la salud ha inducido a la creación de aplicaciones para el cuidado, o también conocidas como mHealt, las cuales nos ayudan a combatir enfermedades crónicas en nuestro día a día, llevando un registro de los datos de cada enfermedad. Dentro del mercado existen una gran cantidad de aplicaciones enfocadas a pacientes diabéticos e hipertensos, y a pesar de que son útiles guardando y analizando los datos, no ofrecen recomendaciones a los pacientes para tratar de ayudar a mejorar los parámetros de estas enfermedades, fuera de los tratamientos farmacológicos que ya estén utilizando. El proceso de creación de esta app se compuso de varias fases que van desde la revisión de literatura, hasta la implementación de la app durante varias semanas. Se ofrece una aplicación con una interfaz intuitiva y fácil de usar y una respuesta rápida al momento de usarla con recomendaciones basadas en la necesidad de cada usuario, y personalizadas para cada uno.
