Resumen
El presente articulo tiene como objetivo general analizar el incremento del delito de extorsión a los comerciantes y empresarios de Colombia frente al acceso de terceros a
plataformas digitales (RUES). Metodología. Se utilizó la revisión documental para lo cual se utilizó base de datos en Google académico artículos indexados y fuentes oficiales que
abordan los temas del alcance de la privacidad en plataformas digitales estatales, el caso del RUES, así como la normatividad vigente en materia de la privacidad de los datos
personales en plataformas digitales estatales. Resultados. El delito de la extorsión en sus diferentes modalidades, tiene tendencia a seguir incrementándose por los avances
en materia tecnológica, lo que facilita el acceso a la información empresarial y personal, es de tener en cuenta. que muchas personas y su entorno familiar por obtener
visualizaciones y aceptación en las diferentes redes sociales publican todas y cada una de las actividades que realizan, los bienes materiales, conclusiones. El Estado
Colombiano ha ido avanzado en materia de regulación frente a la implementación de la política pública de Seguridad Digital, si bien no es suficiente, dados los constantes
avances en inteligencia artificial, resulta fácil para la delincuencia común y organizada suplantar la voz, o la imagen de las personas para engañar a su entorno familiar con
fines de extorsionarlos y obligarlos a consignar grandes sumas de dinero.
The general objective of this article is to analyze the increase in extortion against Colombian merchants and business owners in relation to third-party access to digital platforms (RUES). Methodology: A documentary review was used, utilizing a database in Google Scholar for indexed articles and official sources that address the scope of privacy on state-run digital platforms, the case of the RUES, and current regulations regarding the privacy of personal data on these platforms. Results: The crime of extortion, in its various forms, tends to continue increasing due to technological advancements, which facilitate access to business and personal information. It is worth noting that many individuals and their families, seeking visibility and acceptance on various social networks, publish every single activity they undertake, including their material possessions. Conclusions. The Colombian State has made progress in regulating the implementation of the Digital Security public policy, although it is not enough, given the constant advances in artificial intelligence, it is easy for common and organized crime to impersonate the voice or image of people to deceive their family environment in order to extort them and force them to deposit large sums of money.
