Resumen
Desde el instante en el que se rubricó el documento titulado “Acuerdo Final para la Terminación del Conflicto y la Construcción de una Paz Estable y Duradera”, por el Estado colombiano y el grupo subversivo FARC - EP, comenzó un andar encaminado a solucionar un conflicto cuya duración data de más de 60 años y que, además, dejó muchas víctimas a lo largo y ancho del territorio colombiano. Dentro de este se acordó crear la Jurisdicción Especial para la Paz – JEP, corporación que se encargará de hacer un juzgamiento a quienes se sometan a lo manifestado en el texto, así como de aquellas que se quieran adherir. Aunque su función es significativa en el contexto de una justicia transicional, un sector de la sociedad colombiana no piensa lo mismo; algunos porque simplemente no están de acuerdo con el proceso en sí y, otros, porque desconocen de fondo la labor que realiza. El objetivo del presente artículo es informar al lector, de manera objetiva e imparcial, sobre todo lo relacionado con este tribunal, debido a que en la comunidad aún no está claro tanto el concepto como el funcionamiento de ella. Para lograrlo, se ha hecho un análisis detallado de su actividad; así mismo, se han tenido en cuenta las posturas que existen tanto a favor como en contra de dicha jurisdicción
From the moment in which the document titled "Final Agreement for the Termination of the Conflict and the Construction of a Stable and Lasting Peace" was signed, by the Colombian State and the subversive group FARC - EP, a walk aimed at resolving a conflict began. whose duration dates back more than 60 years and, in addition, left many victims throughout the Colombian territory. Within this it was agreed to create the Special Jurisdiction for Peace - JEP, corporation that will be responsible for making a judgment to those who submit to what is stated in the text, as well as those who want to adhere. Although its role is significant in the context of transitional justice, one sector of Colombian society does not think the same; some because they simply do not agree with the process itself, and others, because they do not know in depth what they do. The objective of this article is to inform the reader, in an objective and impartial manner, about everything related to this court, because in the community the concept and its operation are still not clear. To achieve this, a detailed analysis of its activity has been made; likewise, the positions that exist both for and against said jurisdiction have been taken into account
