Resumen
En el desarrollo del artículo, se evidencian como objetivos, investigar los hechos relevantes del libre desarrollo de la personalidad en la Institución Educativa, para luego analizar cada caso en concreto y así determinar el estado actual de la jurisprudencia sobre el tema; permitiendo entonces tener como alcances un concreto material de estudio, sobre los hechos que históricamente han sido controversiales entre lo reglado por los Manuales de Convivencia y la Constitución Política de 1991. Por otro lado, conviene señalar que la metodología implementada fue documental de tipo sistemática, porque facilitó recopilar la información y permitió tener una concreta y ordenada clasificación para tener como resultados jurisprudencia proferida por la Corte Constitucional, la cual permite concluir que la línea jurisprudencial ha cambiado de forma trascendental regulando los criterios internos de cada Institución Educativa
In the development of the article, it is evidenced as objectives, to investigate the relevant facts of the free development of the personality in the Educational Institution, to then analyze each specific case and thus determine the current status of the jurisprudence on the subject; allowing then to have as a scope a concrete material of study, on the facts that historically have been controversial between the Manual of Coexistence and the Political Constitution of 1991. On the other hand, it should be noted that the methodology implemented was systematic documentary, because it facilitated the collection of the information and allowed to have a specific and orderly classification to have as results the jurisprudence proffered by the Constitutional Court, which allows to conclude that the jurisprudential line has changed transcendentally regulating the internal criteria of each Educational Institution
