Resumen
El objetivo del presente estudio es hacer una revisión bibliográfica de las estrategias cognitivas utilizadas en estudiantes superdotados. En cuanto a metodología, este trabajo pertenece a la investigación de tipo documental que consiste en indagar, explorar, recurriendo a fuentes escritas.
Al hablar de Superdotacion, se hace referencia un tema importante, “inteligencia” para luego enlazar las estrategias o formas de pensamiento que utilizan los estudiantes superdotados, las cuales están relacionadas con el Reagrupamiento, la Repetición, La inferencia, La Síntesis, la Deducción, la inducción o Generalización y la Elaboración. Cabe resaltar los estudios de Gardner (1995) acerca de los tipos de inteligencia y Sternberg, (1984) sobre el Insight como variable diferenciadora del procesamiento de información: Codificación Selectiva, Comparación Selectiva y Combinación Selectiva.
Las conclusiones generales apuntan al hecho de destacar los importantes aportes teóricos sobre el tema y que aun continua abierta la posibilidad de estudio acerca de las diferentes formas de pensamiento relacionadas con estudiantes superdotados.
The objective of this study is to do a bibliographical review of cognitive strategies used in gifted students. About the methodology, this work belong to the documental research type, which is investigating, exploring, looking on written sources. Speaking of gifted students, is referred to an important issue, "intelligence" and then link the strategies or ways of thinking used by gifted students, which are related to the bringing together, repetition, inference, synthesis, deduction, induction or generalization and Development. It is worth to highlight the studies of Gardner (1995) about the intelligence types and Sternberg (1984) about the Insight as differentiating variable of information processing: Selective Coding, Selective Combining and Selective comparison. The general outgoing aims to the fact of highlight the main theoretical contributions about the subject and still its open the possibility of study on the different ways of thinking related to gifted students.
